You can say this is a quality they have in them.Ignoring this will be not appreciating their efforts.If you see the post which CP has mentioned, He had lost the job and was searching a cheap support who could get things resolved for him in low cost.Though his own server management company whom he has been paying from months/year did not give him good price,Hostech Support did this free for him so this shows that this company does not only work for revenue but for relations too.I myself have been using their support and can say that they are one of the best from companies provinding Support with 100% perfection. Good news and nice attitudes deserve to be shared, so well done! That doesn’t mean those who asked to be paid for the job were evil. Everybody has bills to pay, and properly trained staff has a properly sized wages.

I have used Hostech Support for many years now and have been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism I receive from them. I originally outsourced my web hosting support to them when I only had about 5,000 clients and now with the superb support they offer my clients the word has gotten around about how quick, friendly and knowledgeable my web hosting support is. Needless to say I am up just over 26,000 clients and counting. They not only gave me informative guidance on my technical issues, but their online   tech helped me in Setting up an Anti-virus and searching to protect DDOS attacks in a very friendly way.What I experienced in a short span of time :

Just wanted to say a thumbs up to HostechSupport.com for giving me a hand with Drive Warning: /dev/sda3 (/usr) is 84% I had for the past 2 weeks or so.
Surprisingly I had problems in the early get go finding someone to help me clear this up. Initially most were giving me quote of $60 an hour to $37 for half an hour of work. Even my old monthly server management ppl, jonesolutions.com, would only offer to clean it up for me for $60 too.
I had to cancel them 2 months ago because I lost my job and couldn’t afford $40/month from them. Not sure why they would think I could afford $60 hourly work fee.

Just nice to know not everything is about money. 

I want to thank everyone that replied and those that sent me PMs. I got offers from $10 to up to do a quick drive clean up.
I took HostechSupport (http://hostechsupport.com) and they did it for me for free once I made contact with them. Didn’t take them long to clean it up too. Big thumbs up. Guess it shows you can still get some free helping hand out there. 
I sign with them but as I stated I can’t afford monthly server maintenance plan no more.
