We have been in the ecommerce business since 1998.Although we have some success, server administration and techical support have always been a source of pain.

We use Hostech Support for all of our Systems Admin for 11 servers and they handle all of our tickets as well. We have had ZERO problems with them and I highly recommend them to anyone. They are always online via MSN and/or AOL and able to handle even the most complex problems we have thrown at them. Our cusotmers love the 24x7 support too.
